I love your products and I have been buying them for years for myself and for friends, especially the face and the shower oil.
This is why I feel like I need to tell you that the lid of your moisturiser tub is very bad. It doesn't close properly and takes forever to even close somehow (this will also make the product spoil). The material of the lid also gives of some black substance...this would literally be the reason for me not to buy any of our products with lids - which is such a pity because the product itself is amazing. Hopefully this can be optimised :-)
