I bought the Balm in Dec. 2025 in Jburg in a store and Loved it so much, I use it for everything! I wanted to buy more so I ordered 2 more jars directly from the company in April 2026, (I don’t mind that the shipping was delayed and the pkg was sent back to sender before being shipped again to me), I’m so disappointed that the jar and product are Completely Different! The jar is smaller with no descriptive writing on the lid and the product is way different. I took pictures to compare and will email the company directly because I don’t think I can post pictures here. I can say however, I appreciate the quick, friendly response in emails with my questions about shipping delays were answered and I originally Loved “The Balm”. I Hope it could go back to the product with the bigger jar with the Better product! I’m in Live with that one! Thank you! Your Georgia Customer, USA 😊
