Skin Creamery Loyalty Program Terms of Service

1. Introduction

The Loyalty Program is a tiered reward system offered by Hannah Creamery (Pty) Ltd t/a Skin Creamery (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) to our valued customers. Participation in the Loyalty Program is subject to these Terms of Service alongside the general Terms of Service of Skin Creamery.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have a registered account with us to participate in the Loyalty Program.
Participation is void where prohibited by law.

3. Membership Tiers

Bronze Tier: Earn 1 point for every South African Rand spent.
Silver Tier: Earn 2 points for every South African Rand spent.
Gold Tier: Earn 3 points for every South African Rand spent.

4. Point Accumulation

Points can be accrued through purchases, product reviews, video reviews, feedback, and referrals as per the program details.
Points are credited to your account and can be redeemed for discounts on subsequent purchases. Every 100 points equates to an R5 discount.

5. Point Redemption

Points can be redeemed at any time and on any purchase.
Points will expire after 3 months if not used.

6. Bonus Activities

Review a Product: Earn 500 points.
Video Review: Earn 1,000 points.
Feedback: Earn 500 points.
Referral: Earn 500 points upon the referee’s first purchase.

7. Accountability

We are not responsible for any unauthorized access to, or alteration of, your account or points balance. It is your responsibility to safeguard your account information.

8. Program Modification or Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice. Any such change will be communicated on our website and it’s your responsibility to review these Terms of Service periodically for any changes.

9. Governing Law

These Loyalty Program Terms of Service are governed by the laws of South Africa and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of South Africa.
