Hannah Creamery (Pty) Ltd t/a Skin Creamery offers a money-back guarantee in the case that a customer is not satisfied with a product. This money back guarantee is valid for 7 days after purchase. In the case that goods are damaged, the goods must be returned within 4 days of receipt, and photographic proof of the damage must be provided for a refund to be issued per our returns policy.
