1.1 To become a wholesaler for Skin Creamery or biobodi, interested parties must complete the designated wholesale application form.Once you have submitted the registration form, we will review your application and notify you via email once approved. After approval you will be able to login to the Skin Creamery wholesale shop to place an order.
1.2 If you already registered an account on the Skin Creamery website, you can request an account upgrade from a standard customer to a wholesale customer by logging in and navigating to your account dashboard, then click on the link that says "request an account upgrade to register as a wholesale customer".
1.3 Skin Creamery reserves the right to approve or decline wholesale applications based on business viability and alignment with our brand values.
2.1 Wholesale customers must meet the minimum opening order of R2500 in their shopping cart to qualify for wholesale pricing.
2.2 The Supplier reserves the right to adjust minimum order requirements at its discretion.
2.3 Special opening order deal: Order 3 of each core range and get a free set of testers and marketing material.

3.1 Wholesale prices are provided upon approval of the wholesale application. After approval of your wholesale application, you will be able to access to our wholesale shop by logging into your account. If it's your first order, please note that wholesale prices are only activated once your wholesale shopping cart subtotal reaches the minimum opening order amount of R2500 (based on wholesale prices).
3.2 All prices are listed in ZAR and are subject to change without prior notice.
3.3 Payment needs to be made on one of the secure platforms supplied at checkout. As an exclusive stockist, you can benefit from our PayJustNow option at checkout which allows for payment over three interest-free instalments.
4.1 Orders are processed upon receipt of payment.
4.2 The Supplier is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or transportation issues.

4.6 Your order will be dispatched within two working days of receipt. Payment will need to be made through one of the payment methods offered on the portal.
4.7 Delivery to main city centres usually takes 1 to 4 working days, while remote areas may require up to 7 working days. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm and are not scheduled for weekends or public holidays. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept the order.
4.8 While rare, unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather or strikes may cause delivery delays. Late delivery does not qualify for a refund or cancellation. If your delivery exceeds the estimated times, please contact hello@skincreamery.co.za with your order number for assistance.
5.1 Wholesale customers must inspect all products upon receipt. Any discrepancies or damages must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
5.2 Returns and exchanges are subject to the Supplier’s approval and must be requested within 3 days of receiving the order.
6.1 Wholesale customers are provided with access to detailed product information, including ingredients, usage instructions, and certifications.
6.2 The Supplier reserves the right to update product information and formulations without prior notice.
7.1 Skin Creamery runs monthly online training sessions. To be included in the training session, please email hello@skincreamery.co.za to make a booking.
7.2 Training will cover in-depth product knowledge, sales tips, tricks, brand information, and awareness.
8.1 Testers may not be used for resale. Any stockist in breach of this will be removed from our stockist listing and will no longer be able to purchase at wholesale prices.
9.1 Wholesale customers are authorized to use Supplier-provided marketing materials for the promotion of the products.
9.2 Wholesale customers must adhere to the Supplier’s branding guidelines and may not alter product labels or packaging without written consent.
10.1 Either party may terminate the wholesale agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any terms outlined herein.
10.2 The Supplier reserves the right to terminate the agreement for any reason, including but not limited to changes in business strategy or product discontinuation.
11.1 Wholesale customers agree to keep confidential all non-public information, including pricing, product formulations, and business strategies, obtained through the wholesale partnership.
